- SPECIAL PACKAGE TO IFIA MEMBERS ATTENDING IIIF2017
Place: IIA International Innovation Fair (IIIF 2017) will be held in Visakhapatnam from 9th to11th September 2017. Visakhapatnam, the famous beach town on east coast of India is also called Vizag. Many flights operate from International airport of Visakhapatnam and connecting flights available from Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad etc.
Fair Brochure: Attached. The fair is organised by Indian Innovators Association in partnership with AP Innovation Society and supported by Government of Andhra Pradesh. IFIA and APCTT are international sponsors.
Pavilions: There will be 2 pavilions, Innovators without Borders and Made for India.
Exhibition: Display can be prototypes, products and posters. The suggested size of posters is 0.9 meters wide and 1.2 meters high, in English. Prototype, products can be displayed, not more than 1.5 meters in length and 1 meter in height. Standard Booth (L 2m x W 2m x H 2.4m) includes 1 desk, 2 chair, carpeting, 1 facia board, lighting, 1 socket for electricity (220V, single phase, 50Hz, 1KW).
For IFIA members: One Standard Booth free of charge. There is no registration fee or entrance fee. Full accommodations with breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided free of charge to each country’s head delegate (one person) and special invitees during the exhibition (08-11 September, 2017) for 4 days.
New Product Launch: India is huge and open market. Specific arrangements will be made for innovators/ enterprises from IFIA members to launch new products in Indian market. They will be provided an additional booth in Made for India pavilion, media support and accommodation for 4 nights free of charge along with IFIA members.
Others: Free entries in the IIIF 2017 official catalogue with names and brief description of each registered invention – Assistance in Business meets. – Free airport transfers and regular bus service between the designated hotel and the exhibition.
Awards: All innovations registered before 30th June 2017 would be eligible for awards/ medals. Registration form attached.
Visa : Visitors from most countries eligible for e-visa. Check https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/index.html Invitation letters will be issued by Indian Innovators Association after receipt of registration form. To ensure correctness of name, relevant pages of passport copy may be mailed to IIA.
